PHUL workout increases your muscle size and strength by combining the best of powerlifting and bodybuilding. PHUL - Power, Hypertrophy, Upper, Lower - is a full body workout program designed to increase muscle size and strength in both upper and lower body through power workouts and hypertrophy workouts. This app walks you through each exercise, set, and rep to help you gain muscle according to science. This app now lets users customize their workouts for maximum personalized strength and muscle building. This really couldn’t get any better. Free version has been great, and there’s more features in the paid version if you want them. I’d say the paid version is worth it and not expensive but it doesn’t feel like the app is worthless if you don’t pay. Still great for tracking your workouts even without paying!

I had one issue with the app as I deleted a work out I did not do to practice using the app it would not open again until I redownloaded. Outside of that no ads yet, perfect set up, easy to use and adjust, and not crazy prices for premium but adds additional benefits for sure. Please keep it up great app all around.

This is a really good app. Clean interface, easy to follow history, gives me exactly what I need to make sure I’m getting stronger. I had hit a bug with my iPad and editing the history, and Jake got back to me really quickly and has the issue fixed in a week. Definitely a 5-star app

This is the app by which all other apps should be judged. Clean, attractive, and intuitive interface that is so quick and easy to use. No clunky drop down menus, never two taps when there can be one. The app design makes me want to workout - and that’s really the point.
