App looks nice but processing orders in the app is terrible

I placed my order and used the 20% discount coupon. Everything went okay at first but few hours later, my order was cancelled without providing a reason. I tried looking for a phone number for their customer service but they just had an email. I immediately sent an email to the customer service asking why it was cancelled and when the refund will be sent to my credit card. Its been 3 days now and no one is responding to my email and the refund has not been sent yet. Poor customer service. The product could have been nice.

First of all, I love my GoFiltr alkalizing filter. This app is another matter entirely. I’ve had create a new account every three months. Tonight I went to login, to register my new filter, and it’s the same old story. Only this time, it continues to advise me that it doesn’t recognize my information. This is it for me folks. I’m tapping out. I’ll just set reorder alerts on my calendar. Nice try GoFiltr, but no cigar.
Great product, app needs a little more

Very great idea. Just couldn’t answer how i needed to on the app. I know i need to drink more water but i dont fill my 64oz water bottle every day so the count will be off. Needs and 1/x day count. Keep the great work up! Definitely helps with getting healthier 😄
Does not accurately track

I thought it was tracking since I downloaded the app in December. When I checked today to see how close I was to needing a new filter, my information was gone (like I never had an account). Also it tracks based on the information you enter not actual usage in real time.
