Rude bus driver some not all
My question is why when I say good morning to the driver they don’t even say good morning or even acknowledge you to me that being rude you work in the public I can’t speak for everyone but myself it’s just common courtesy For me every time I enter and leave I speak because that how I was thought

The system is really ridiculous and the schedule is inaccurate. Sometimes you have to wait 30 extra minutes over 1hr+ than the normal, and in this extreme heat? No thank you. Also, if the route isn’t going to be complete, why have drivers at all? It’s insane how you loose $2 for an incomplete route. I lost $2 countless times because there isn’t a driver, or at least find one that can fill in as responsibly needed. Also the QR scanner is not the best, sometimes I can’t even get it to work and I pass through embarrassment! I honestly would just recommend learning to drive, or find a buddy you can trust to drive you sometime around.

No way to report a problem inside the app

I watched a bus sit at “15 minutes away” for 30 minutes with no alert at all. Other buses also can’t drive past that bus and change the schedule on the fly. So all the buses would just pile up at 15 minutes away and then the whole live location feature just dies. There’s no way to report a problem and have the love location feature look at bus location and reorganize the route tables.

The app honestly does most of what I need it to do. A bit slow on some aspects but Bus timing is correct and that’s the most important part for me.

New! A complete interface overhaul. Trip planning and bus tracking use real-time locations to provide you with up-to-date information to help you plan your trips better. Add your routes or stops to favorite to get notifications when there are issues affecting your trip. Your old tickets and passes carry over from the previous version - just log in with the same account!
