Literally the worst delivery gig I’ve ever used and I’ve worked with quite a few. At first I saw maybe 1 order come in every few months then absolutely nothing was coming in for several months. There is literally zero instructions on how they want you to conduct yourself on catering orders. I thought I was supposed to just pick up and drop off the orders until one client got upset with me because I didn’t set up the food for them after walking up 3 flights of stairs with heavy boxes. I was so annoyed with the company for the lack of communication lack of work so I asked them to delete my account several times and was ignored. The one time I spoke to a live representative he refused to cancel my account and told me to be patient and wait for orders. Few months go by still not a single order sent my way. And yes I was “online” ready to accept. Went on their website to delete my account myself and none of the instructions worked. I email again and got ignored again. Now over a year later i haven’t received any orders yet I’m still activated and online so I finally got it deleted and had to do it manually on their site and it finally worked this time. What a mess.
Senpex owes me $10 on a tip from a order they never paid me on

Why won’t Senpex support answer my emails and on chat they completely ignored and never responded to any of my emails and chats on the app regarding an Ezcater order that they shorted me $10 the tip from. Drivers be aware always call Ezcater customer service to verify your tip payments on every order. Senpex is not honest and will not at least pay me what they claim to pay drivers the full tips on every order as it states on their website when signing up. They are ignoring me and they have unfairly blocked my account from receiving orders after I asked them about the $10 they owe me. They will stop sending you orders all of sudden and stop corresponding they should be reported for unfair business practices for internally blocking my account from getting order. I used to get many orders per day and all of sudden nothing. This company is not honest and they steal drivers tips and unfairly block drivers from receiving orders after owing me $10 and they refuse to pay me the money they stole for my tip.
Terrible Driver Support

Driver support is the worst. I received a call as I was pulling up to pick up a delivery 10 minutes before pick up time asking if I was going to pick up. I don’t mind receiving the call but the problem is the dispatcher was so NASTY. I will never answer their call while I’m delivering. Another issue is that the dispatcher sends messages while I’m almost at the pick up every trip. When driving, sometimes it’s hard to know that a message is coming through the app. When I stopped at a light on my way to pick up another order I saw a new message had come through asking if I was going to pick up the delivery and then the dispatcher cancelled the order. I was 2 minutes away. I texted “driving” then they added the order back. You would think that the company would read these reviews and address the concerns with their dispatchers to make for a better experience for drivers which ultimately make for a better experience for the customer.

I had this app for a month and only got one trip from them. And that trip was already assigned to someone else so when I went to go pick it up, it was already gone. The crazy thing is whenever I go active. I wouldn’t get any trips but when I’m not active it will say I got a trip then it would already be assigned to someone else and it will say oh well if you do not accept this trip, your rating will go down, but I never got a chance to see the trip. I never got a chance to accept the trip. It was already gone the moment I even looked at the phone. to get in contact with support is a whole Nother thing. I would text them from the app and literally a day or maybe three days later somebody would actually respond, I was at one point told somebody will get in contact with me, but they never did so. Don’t waste your time using this app I even have screenshots of conversations well suppose conversations of me trying to get a contact with support.
