The app is fine. The main thing I preferred in the older version to this updated UI is the photo section. In the old, you could tap to select the photo and pinch and enlarge the photo. I’m like a football player who likes to watch game film to see how he did and what he could have done better, only in this case, I look at the photos to see how I could arrange or place things better to improve my next setup.

3 second delay

There’s a 3 second delay when we get notifications of a new order at least for iOS. So what I mean is the order will come out and I will not be notified until 3 seconds later and by the time I get notified the order is gone. With all the money this company is racking in. I don’t understand why they can’t fix the issue with the notification and the bot grabbers. That’s what shows this company is just in it for themselves and they don’t care about their drivers. I have videos on how I get notified of an order and by the time I go to it is gone, and I have videos of me having the app open the order coming out and not being notified until three seconds later. I’m going to start posting this on my social media where I have over 12 million followers and subscribers. Maybe once this word goes everywhere maybe the app creator can actually do something and fix this issue with this garbage application

I signed up, purchased the delivery bags and paid to have my driving record checked but there’s not enough business for the privilege to get offered an odd delivery in the middle of the day and to be paid out days later. While they typically do pay better than uber eats, and I did make the money back that I spent to join, it’s been disappointing. It’s a promising platform but there are issues. Namely:1. Offers are sporadic and hard to secure2. Geo-location for offers are not accurate (offers 30+ miles away)3. Upfront pay not shown on offers 4. Poor directions for drop offs can be insanely time consuming especially to business parks, thus making the delivery pay quite low. I do wish them the best of luck. Startups have these types of problems. Their customer support has been outstanding and their newsletter communications show the company is trying to improve. Just be sure that it’s a right fit your own goals before committing.
