Fine, but refuses to stay logged in

It drives me crazy, won’t stay logged in for even a few hours. The app itself is fine, nothing special but adequately functional. Would be much less annoying if I didn’t have to redo the three part login that my password manager doesn’t work with every time I opened it.

Overall the app is good. My main issue with the app is if I’m listening to music and open the SVB app, it pauses the music. It’s the only app I have that does this.

SVB go *REQUIRES* annoying and unreliable biometrics

Well, I used to love working with SVB, now they’ve complicated 2-factor authentication by REQUIRING biometric ID on the phone, which I think is unreliable and I don’t use. There is no work-around. Am looking into other options as we’re just starting up a NewCo and if we’re going g to change banks, now is the time. This is really disappointing as so much about SVB is better than other banking options.

Why does the website look like it was made in the 90’s? Why is the app so bad? Freezes like crazy, can’t automatically take a photo of the check against a black background, can’t read the amount, says image quality is low when it is not, can’t deposit check. How is the bank for Silicon Valley have the worst tech I’ve ever seen in banking?
