This app is for storing DIGITAL tickets only, it will NOT show e-ticket PDFs or other orders. The See Tickets Digital Wallet allows digital tickets purchased through seetickets.com (and associated sites) to be stored safely and securely. Tickets stored in the Wallet will be linked to your See Tickets customer account and when scanned, will grant you entry to the event(s) you have purchased tickets for. The barcode associated with any See Tickets digital ticket has been designed to be tamper proof, to deter use by touts or other unauthorised users.

Doesn’t work with all their tickets. How lame.

Was so excited that I’d be able to add tickets I purchased to my apple wallet, or at least something more convenient than taking a screenshot of a ticket for an event 3 months away. Nope. This only works with one type ticket they sell.

Confusing and mostly useless

Downloaded the app expecting I’d be able to add it to a folder with Eventbrite, Tixr, other ticketing apps for easy access instead of having to search my email for the ticket. Apparently there’s a difference between a “digital ticket” as See defines it and a QR ticket sent to your email (which is also quite literally a DIGITAL TICKET) 🤦‍♂️ . This only supports their definition of a digital ticket, whatever that means. Worse, when you try to log in through the app, if you don’t have a “digital ticket” to an event already, the error message is completely inaccurate and says it “could not find an account with [your] email address. Would happily update this to a 5-star review with an update that just let you see all the tickets you’d purchased through the app (or better yet add them to Apple Wallet).

This app causes anxiety. It’s not user friendly. What should have been a super easy task—reset password—required five attempts and nearly ten emails for password change links, reference number, etc. When I clicked on the password reset link, it actually gave me an error message. Contacting customer support was impossible because after typing out my inquiry for help, the send button did not work.

The app says you have to have a “digital ticket” in order to login. What is the difference between that and the email confirmation attachment? Don’t download the app, it’s useless.
