TSE Home is a smart lock app. It provides you with all the convenient management operations based on smart locks, currently covering the management of gateway locks, Bluetooth locks and gateways.
The main function：
・ APP unlocking;
・ Set temporary key;
・ Support adding/deleting/modifying electronic keys;
・ Set the door lock time;
・ Set the door lock menu;
・ Two-dimensional code, mobile phone number and other door lock authorization methods;
・ If the gateway is connected, the status of the door lock can be feedback at any time, including door opening reminder, unlocking error number over limit reminder, shackle alarm, hijacking alarm, unclosed alarm, arming reminder, disarming reminder, low battery alarm etc;
It's just "okay". Townsteel hardware is quality stuff. I expected to be able to schedule opening times. Also expected to be able to toggle passage mode from the app. Neither are possible. I will need to change the administrator soon. Directions say I can uncouple the administrator phone thru the app but can't find anywhere on the app to do that. The app says to pair the lock you press the reset button but the picture it shows is not my lock and the button isn't there. The documentation for the lock shows another version but that's not my lock either. I finally found the button after de-installing the bottom plate.
Can’t create email account, login by phone number only

The other reviewer is correct. On iOS you can’t create a new account because the email field wont allow any data entry. I was able to use the app by using the “login with phone instead” option. From there it is a little difficult to set up because the app is not intuitive, however I was able to get the hub working and the lock reset so it was recognized by the hub. I am looking forward to exploring the other features claimed in the app description, but at first glance, they are not obvious. I wish app developers would use a non technical person to test its usability before releasing it. The lock hardware is excellent and it has good documentation.

First off the app does NOT inform you of the locked/unlocked status of the door!Second the app does NOT allow you to lock the door remotely even with the gateway!Their hardware is excellent but the application is useless….hard to believe that a “lock” company would use an app that doesn’t tell you if the door is LOCKED and lets you unlock the door remotely but NOT LOCK it remotely???
