You can view your recently submitted requests within the app or on the official 311 service.
This app has the necessary approval to use the San Francisco 311 API to submit requests to the San Francisco 311 service, but it is not affiliated with the official SF 311 app or the City of San Francisco government.
It used to be such a frustrating process creating 311 tickets with the city. Even with their app, it was slow clunky and not worth the time on most days. With this app, I can responsibly report things in the right channels with almost no effort. And being able to check back in later to see that they’ve been addressed makes me feel a lot better.

This app is so impactful. It allows people to report things that they normally wouldn’t report in about one second and on top of that there’s a group chat that you can give feedback for the app which allows him to make updates to it weekly that can fix routing bugs on the backend with different city department so things actually solved
