First, the app will not let users create a login. The only way to login in is to use create account every time you attempt to use it. If you are lucky enough to actually get logged in and try to enter your member ID you get a message saying “oops id#”. When you re-enter your member ID all you get is a spinning asterisk!! If you call the phone number given for help with the app they speak extremely broken English and have no clue about a program that won’t work. Then, they attempt to schedule a ride which may or may not show up. This is after anywhere from a 25-45 minute hold time. The first two time I used the phone number given for issues with the program, I was hung up on twice after being on hold for at least 30 minutes. This is supposed to be an app to make using your insurance benefits easier. It is DEFINITELY NOT!!!! Extremely aggravating and stressful to go through, especially if you have to rely on this service to get to Dr appointments that are crucial to critical conditions!! Someone should definitely be correcting all these issues and coming up with a better way to be able to get transportation to and from these crucial Dr appointments!! Completely unacceptable!!

I cannot create an account because it won’t let me. No matter how many times I delete the app and reinstall it. I call the Care Source number and I’m on hold for almost an hour then I get hung up on. Happened 6 times in a three hour span. The only way I got through was to call and get a representative asap then I explained to her what happened and she called transportation through her line. She immediately was put through, of course smh. 15 years ago the number was fine and transportation was great. I don’t know what happened in those 15 years, but they need to get it together. I’ll definitely be getting my car fixed so I won’t have to rely on this ever again cause it’s not even worth the stress while being pregnant at that. Get it together!

I can be a bit critical but I can’t say anything bad…. Provide a ride has afforded my family the best of care with undeniable resilient reliability. They are solid. Their process doesn’t change every other week. I can’t even explain how many times provide a ride has saved me and my children’s lives by getting us to the most vital meetings and appointments and urgent care services. Literally lives have been saved. They have gotten my son to rehabilitation services in the hear of the moment and approved the rides even outside of our city. They’re so flexible. They feel like the reliable family we actually can count on. Lol.AND YES, their APP too has been a life saver. Going through severe peri brain fog is so hard, so being able to float through a seamlessly easy platform sends good vibes to my soul every time I schedule a ride. Even if I completely forgotten and it’s now 11:58pm…with only two minutes to spare, it’s incredible how without fail, i can glide through the entire process in under a minute and feel so accomplished to know I was able to get my ride affairs in order in the nick of time vs waiting on hold and going through a 20 to 40min hold/process. God I use to absolutely loathe the phone process. Once I got the app, I’ve not looked back since. Admittedly, I initially felt the app looked janky and the services would misfire and prob mess up often, but their app system has never once mismanaged my rides. Ever. And we use the service A LOT. I’m still often wowed by the incredible reliability I’m still receiving from provide a ride, and the app has just been a cherry on top. I hope they never change it. The one issue I have is one person in my household can’t create an online account. And no one can seem to help me when I have issues. So I can’t say their resolution dept is any good but I can I CAN SAY, I never ever have issues of any kind now that they use LYFT. Since that integration, It’s been seamless. Bravo✨👌

I wasn’t able ro get passed the member I’d part when I called to get help the woman on the other line told me that it would onlyWork if the info matches what they have in the computer.Unfortunately they did not spell my last name correctly and she almost caught an attitude with me when I told her it wasn’t correct. Then she whispers you may have giving the wrong info … but I am 30 years old I haven’t gotten my birthday wrong since I learned it in kindergarten. . I use the service everyday for 6 days a week and will be using this service for the next year . It would be a great thing if I could use the app however I have not been able to create a password. The app keeps showing the password I’m trying to create isn’t valid . However there is no guidance as to the credentials the password requires.If there are any tips I could get on getting passed this step in the create an account process so that I may have the privilege of using the app I would greatly appreciate your time and any information shared with me .Thank you once again.
