So far BMC is easy and approachable to use, and it has a great tipping and membership feature. I would like for future updates to include a “revert to draft” button for blog posts (which is weird that it’s not already built-in) and a way for members to download files directly within posts (I haven’t done any audio posts yet, so I can’t speak on that). Currently, I either have to re-create a public blog post if I want to turn it into a draft again which is tedious, and I have to create an external Dropbox link for people to download any files I want them to have. Other than that, I’m looking forward to Buy Me A Coffee’s growth, even with some of the current lack of features I’m working around.

I downloaded this app as a way for my clients to tip me or pay me. I had a client buy me $12 in coffees on February 26. It’s BEEN A MONTH! It was the first time I used this app. I tried to cash out and was told my account needed to be verified so I followed the steps to verify. I added my bank account and card details and provided my Instagram account information. The app declined my account verification and sent me an appeal form. In the meantime they have refused to let me withdraw the $12 to prevent “fraud”. Its been a month of dealing with this horrible app. I filed the appeal form and it’s been almost 2 weeks and no word from them so I recently contacted customer service again. This app has basically taken $12 and is refusing to release it despite the fact I have credible social media. I’ve been dealing with this for a month maybe longer-over $12 that was paid to me by a client. What this app does is extremely wrong and unethical. I’ll be contacting the better business bureau and the attorney generals office to warn people about this fraudulent app that refuses to pay people the money they make.

Recently had a friend share with me about this app and checked it out. Realized there are so many things you can do with the app. Since then, I have been telling all of my friends on social media to check it out also. So many people need something they can use to centralize their content and BMC definitely does that while also keeping things simple and easy for people to understand. Who isn’t looking for just that with time constraints at this point?? I know the simplified app is what definitively keeps me coming back.

I use it two weeks and it’s horrible. I downloaded because a lot of YouTubers are start making accounts in BuyMeACoffee and I wanted to support them. I can find the account through the app but can’t become member, I emailed support and asked if I can donate from my page in the app, they did not answer directly to my question and asked me to use browser… On website I can’t find any others pages and support whoever I want, it has so many options and complicated menu, I’m not really stupid to use multifunctional app but in this one I got frustrated. On the Patrion it has weird way how to became a member opening additional pages, but a least I can track all my subscription and manage my payments. It’s simple and useful. But this one disappointed me, it has cool design though… I decided to write review because of help centre service, I didn’t like it.
