First of all, thank you for your visit in Zürich and taking the time to write a review. If I understand correctly, you used this app in connection with the Zürich Card (city pass). Although you can use the pass through the app, it does not mean that everything listed in the app is automatically included in the city pass. It is noted where the pass offers discounts or free entry. For most experiences, you need to buy a separate ticket in advance (directly in the app). However, usage of the app alone does not provide access to experiences. I'm very sorry if this was not clear enough, we will take that into account for future improvements.

Hi, thanks for taking the time to review our app. That should of course not happen, apologies for that. However, tickets are also available in offline mode, so you should have been able to retrieve your bookings via the bookings tab of the app. No need to take screenshots.
