NEW review: this BMW CC app works so well now. What a transformation! Congratulations! (Old review) This is the worst app I have. It hasn’t changed in forever and it’s completely annoying in every way. Nothing has ever worked right. I’ve told the company several times before and they just don’t care LOL

Face ID and other log in issues

98% of the time Face ID doesn’t work especially when the app receives a updates requesting you to input your ID and password that’s very annoying. It is also very annoying when the app keeps crashing and bothering you to add someone to your account which is not going to happen people are losing their jobs and APR% are outrageous so stop being annoying and bothering people by adding someone to your account fix your app. Because of the issue with the app I don’t use the card can’t take the chance of destroying my credit.

Great card but interest rates are ridiculous

Love this card and I would use it more often as the rewards are great. But even with a credit score of 818, my APR is over 30%. Like most credit cards these days - it doesn’t matter if you are a good customer, someone who always pays on time, or have an “exceptional” credit score. You will have a ridiculous APR. So unless you can pay off your balance in full, skip this one.
