Fixed a bug with the blinking cursor on iPad.

We have fixed an issue where imperial units values may be incorrect when copying a full conversion. We took the opportunity to add Imperial Cups to Volume conversions as well. On the user interface front, there are a few nice additions. The decimal separator is now shown when it is typed, as it should. If you are currently typing numbers a pleasant blinking cursor will appear to help focus. On the Countries screens, we've added a clock to the Time Zones section which results in a nicer alignment and better matches the rest of the screen. There are also some other minor bug fixes and performance improvements.
