Once you’re approved, mark yourself “available” in the app. You will now be visible on the map we call the Right Now Repair Network™. Technicians who are “available” immediately show up on the map. Homeowners will see your profile, your ETA, and your service rating. With the click of a button, you’re hired with a pre-paid diagnostic call!
You’ll get an immediate notification that you’ve been requested through the app. You accept the job with the click of a button and our GPS system routes you to the jobsite…it doesn’t get easier than that.
You complete the service call by using fyxify PRO’s one of a kind diagnostic process right through the app. It’s an amazing system tool that standardizes the diagnostic process – and it’s even easier to use. You can even watch training videos directly inside the app if you have a technical question about the repair. fyxify PRO was built for HVAC contractors, by HVAC contractors!
Once your diagnostic is complete, fyxify PRO does the rest. Your quote pops up on the homeowner’s smart device. The quote is broken down for them in three, easy to understand categories: 1) Required repairs, 2) Recommended repairs, and 3) Maintenance needs. No pressure on you or the homeowner. If they have a question, they can even direct message you through the app.
The homeowner approves the repairs they want to move ahead with and fyxify PRO notifies you that it’s time to begin your repair. Once you are finished, the homeowner pays directly through the app and the money is deposited directly into your bank account. No hassles.
Here’s the cool part: fyxify PRO recommends a replacement of the entire system when the age and dollar amount of the repair merits it. fyxify PRO has developed a proprietary automated replacement quote machine that builds the quote for the homeowner from the information you’ve entered during the diagnostic.
