Your WE Recipes app stopped working while I was in the middle of (!) cooking party dinner last Saturday and it is still broken even now! It first displayed I’m not subscribed (?!which is wrong), then just started popping up message that “Sorry something went wrong” and it’s been like this for a week now.This happens very often and it is nerve wrecking - completely intolerable! I’ve been uninstalling and installing it nonstop and clearing cache with cookies, reporting phone etc. Nothing works, no information available !Most unreliable application I’ve ever seen. Your customer service never have any idea why it’s broken or when it will be fixed, and one of them even said it is not even your app (“it’s Apple Store own app”). So pretty much clueless agent, and my incredible waste of time staying on the Cust service helpline for entire hour each time. I’m exhausted!Make this app free as its not reliable at all , fix it for his sakes , provide tech information on issues and fix ETAs.Poor show William Sonoma, very disappointed .

I made the mistake of having a registry at Williams-Sonoma. Not only when you go in the store. Is everyone unaware or completely unhelpful and I have no idea even how to do anything for the registry but then I’m troubled with my wedding guest calling me with concerns over their gifts That they have got me from the registry I had to go into Williams Sonoma to get a gift card from a return to make a purchase on the app on my own registry and in case you didn’t know, I am the bride once I put in all my information. I’ve used my iPad and iPhone and they both say that there’s a system error on top of that I went to buy something on my registry and they had no idea how to make it show up as purchased on my registry so I ended up having to delete it off my registry, even though I wanted it to say purchase this is just so sad because I thought William Sonoma was a top-tier cooking brand. I wish I just took to my gut and only registered it through Bloomingdale’s take my advice this app is useless, and the people in the store are even more useless

I have been shipping at Williams Sonoma for decades. The kitchen in my NY Queens Studio Apt is a walking WS advertisement. From my first purchase of a coffee extract from France to my rare Burnt Orange/Rust Kitchen Aid, still working well, to dinnerware & serious Nordicware Bundt collection, & All Clad pieces, collected one clearance sale at a time, there’s always something In saving to my favorites. I know seasonal items usually go on clearance, after the holiday passes, & they have huge semi-annual clearance sales around December/January & July/August. I’m a veteran. May even apply for a part time job , after I retire

Using the app mainly to manage our wedding registry. Sorting and filtering features on the registry are useless. Sorting by brand, category, high to low, etc never work and every time you view your items are in a completely random order. This is also an issue on web. Really frustrating experience. Additionally, if any item has a customization feature and you don’t want to customize it, it sends the item to the shopping cart and not the registry. Have not been able to add items to our registry due to this. Finally, trying to swipe through the photos of an item often results in you swiping to the next item in the list instead of being able to see photos. Overall incredibly glitchy app.
