The goal of this study is to describe the natural history of Medullary Thyroid Cancer (MTC) via the utilization of a novel multi-institutional registry in order to understand the pathway to progressive disease requiring drug therapy, integrating for the first time the patient perspective in order to identify patient reported outcome measures that could inform decision-making around current treatment and that could be included in clinical trial design for the development of emerging drug therapies for advanced MTC.
