Finally!!!!! I came across this app and wish I found it earlier. I tried other 2 meditation apps and didn’t like them. When I tried Chopra app out, I instantly fell in love. The meditation series are what suit me. I like how there’s some light music and sound healing in the background to help me focus and relax my mind, which is what I had when I had a good meditation session at my yoga studio. The other meditation app that I tried had absolute silence in their meditation audio and when I had to “come back” I was always startled by the narrative voice since they had no bell no music. I voiced my feedback to them but they said they did it on purpose so not to distract the meditators lol. Ok that app is not for me then!Also, at Chopra, there’s tons of knowledge about Ayurveda. I’ve retained the knowledge better than attending yoga workshops or reading online material! I finally remember what the three doshas are lol. The assessment includes a short set of questions but the results are just as accurate as what I got from taking a 100 question quiz! Thank you for creating this app. We don’t mind paying for good content that can improve our well-being! Please continue to upload new content to keep up with our consumption! I can easily go through few sessions in one sitting!

Updated 2022 Review: same issue. Not good customer support. Sent a customer support email via the app over a week ago and no has bothered to reply to my inquiry. Also, I wish there was a search button to easily find what one is looking for - I have to scroll through so much to find what I am looking for. This is frustrating. And,It would be nice if more of the meditations were narrated by Deepak himself. I have been doing mediation for over 10 years now using deep and material, but the app can be frustrating. I also think it would be great if there were beginner meditations that are shorter (which is what they currently have) but it would be nice if that same meditation was available for advanced meditators which would be a longer meditation time.— current meditation, after initial talk you are only left with about 8 minutes of meditation. That is not enough time for an advanced meditators - I have to rewind it about 4 5 times, which is very distracting to have to do that. ~María 2020 review:I moved over from old platform. I’ve always liked Deepak’s meditation, but moving to this new app I needed support with my subscription and sent multiple messages and no one has gotten back to me. I’m a little frustrated.

I follow Deepak Chopra in books, apps, text messages, social media, etc., to capture all his nuggets of wisdom. This app is a great addition, whether you are just starting to meditate or have a strong practice already. I am Day 8 of using the app. It easily found its place into my morning routine. I really enjoy the variety of guided meditations (LOVE the North Star Series). Since I still heavily use the personal Primordial Sound Meditation that I learned years back at the Chopra Center, I appreciate that the app has timers, music, sound bowl sessions where I can just hit play and fall right into the Primordial mantra. The app is user friendly, well-organized and truly right at your fingertips. I’m a hopsice nurse and occasionally will have a break between patient home visits (or require a break). I like knowing I can pull over and do a 5 minute meditation right in the car. I was also thinking I could use the sound bowls or music with patients or their family/caregivers if they are open to it. “Chopra” is the headline here, but I can feel The Team effort & collaboration in this particular Chopra presentation. You can sense the love, energy, and forethought placed into the app for the user’s true benefit. My only fear is I’ve been doing two to three meditations per day, I hope I don’t run out. Please keep adding new material to guide us deeper within. Thanks, everyone!

Loving on this app. It’s like the gift that keeps on giving. Before this Chopra app I used to get my meditations on InsightTimer. Finding something I liked on InsightTimer felt like trying to find a needle in a haystack - wading through all these different meditations just to find something- so much noise. But the Chopra app is quiet, smooth, and streamlined. The personalization is outstanding, I am getting content that I love and packaged in such cute little packages, like fun gifts getting delivered in different shapes and sizes with different colored bows. I feel connected to the PEOPLE on this app, like that they really care and are concerned with my wellbeing. It’s warm and cozy in there, I don’t know how they did it but I seriously It just feels nice to be in there browsing and reading. I’m in love with the Be Present series, The Chopra Method for Advanced meditators, the 10, 20 and 30 minute Mantras, and my favorite, which is SO USEFUL AND PRACTICAL is the Emotional SOS Quick Fixes. I look up what I am feeling that is unpleasant, like today was Indecisive... so I listed to the quick fix for a 3 minute time out. Thank you to this app it is totally changing me and how I approach my day, the people around me, stroke of genius the way that it’s just all laid out I’m in love!
