Honestly, I do not need the added stress and anxiety that this app causes me. The app loads for me but it takes a lifetime for me to see new messages. I email the staff and I do find that I typically get a quick reply from them. I get a push notification when I have a new message. When I go to click the push notification, the new message never loads. I keep exiting the app and restarting…. But never works. I even go as far as logging out, changing my password and reloading it that way, but never works. I even try the desktop version, but never works. I can’t handle knowing I have a response to my question (sometimes time sensitive question) and I can’t even view it. The idea of this app is great, but the execution is awful.

The features in this app should work well, but it always takes forever to log in and sometimes I have to quit the app to try again. There are similar bugs in the messaging feature, requiring me to often restart the app after reading a message (and then having to take the unknown amount of time to log in again). Additionally, the medication section should have the option of taking meds at intervals, such as every other day. I wouldn’t be surprised if a lot of cycles are messed up because of the lack of this feature. It’s really confusing for patients. Hope a lot of these bugs can be fixed soon, especially the login issue.

Terrible app to use for a sensitive time in a user’s life for a really important subject. Can’t access important information in a timely manner, can’t access anything because the app literally doesn’t work. Wont let the user log in at all, the desktop version doesn’t work at all either. You get notifications that there’s messages waiting for you, but you literally cannot access anything. Why force people to use something that doesn’t work in order to communicate with a team of doctors etc during an already stressful time in one’s life?

I like how I am able to schedule my monitoring appointments on this app regularly. I get to see my monitoring results within 2-3 hours from testing on this app. I see the app is progressing towards success. If you could bring in retrieval results and overall cycle charts documented here, it would be very helpful to track my response to diff protocols and brainstorm with my doctor! But otherwise the app is developing well! Great job!
