First I talked to Deion Lawery he was great , I was very uncomfortable giving out my information over the phone and because of his professionalism overnight, I decided to try . When I called back the next day first I got to talk with Jermaine Hedspeth wow ,so nice , answered all my questions and offered me anything I needed, very professional and respectful .Transferred again once his part was over and Vvonaka Richardson exceeded my expectations, I was already shocked how smooth everything went but she made me feel so comfortable , gave me all the help and advice I could get and I fell in love with her personality , laughing , working, and still doing her job ! I didn’t want to get off the phone with her .😁 they all made sure I got exactly what I needed and just blew me away . Employee of the year goes to : Vvonaka Richardson!! Sorry guys , y’all were great , but she won me over !! Thank you 3 so much for the help and exceeding my expectations.

I was very hesitant about looking into getting health insurance bc I wasn’t comfortable in giving out my information. I called today and was able to sign up with Mrs Grant she was very nice and helpful took her time in finding the best insurance for me. Explained each one she went above and beyond. Then after purchasing my plans I was transferred to Katlyn Packer to finish up process she helped me sign into the app that way I can access my health insurance cards. Both representatives were very helpful I am very satisfied with the help I received today.

Great on the phone experience with such a great worker named Janice Leonce , She was such a wonderful help during a long process of question and discussions she is GREAT at what she do. She really does deserve something for the outstanding customer service that she provided ! On the other hand I also talked to amazing worker which was Mrs Vvonaka Richardson she deserves all the flowers that could be possibly be given on GOD’s Earth. She has a such beautiful soul beyond others. Never have I ever experienced such a good over the phone customer service. I HOPE AHM RECOGNIZES THESE TWO NICE LADIES ;).
