ID cards - Access to all your plan ID cards in one place. Using the functionality of your phone, you can display or share your ID card with your provider as needed.
Provider Search - Find a network dental provider for your city, state, or ZIP Code.
Claims - View dental claim documents from your recent visits and review plan usage information for covered dependents.

Feature improvements are implemented in the 6.0.3 release that include:

Incompetence to the max
I received letter in the mail telling me that my account would be closed due to nonpayment. No big deal. I was told I could easily remedy this by several methods: online or through this app. It was impossible online or through this app. Neither works at all. I called but they only answer during business hours? So I’ll call on Monday morning. Hopefully they will know what to do? If not there is probably someone else? Don’t get old!!
Updated App- Works Great
The new app works great!!! Easy to use. I needed to find my dental card for a recent appointment and I was able to find it very quickly. Ameritas updated the app from the first version and it has been very helpful.

The app did everything I needed. The user experience was solid and I was able to quickly get my id card and see where I am at with my benefits. Ameritas has been a great dental insurance for the family.
