My wife ordered glasses from Zenni over a week ago. The tracking on the USPS website has shown that the package made it all the way to my town and even showed as being out for delivery, and then 6 days ago, all updates stopped and the package has shown no signs of movement since. Any package that has shown this kind of behavior in the past has ended up being lost. I have reached out Zenni’s customer service multiple times, and they have kept giving us the same scripted answers multiple times that the package isn’t lost and to just keep waiting on it, even though my local Post Office has confirmed that they had it 6 days ago but they are unable to locate it. Zenni refused to do anything until more than two weeks have passed from ordering. They just give lip service without offering any sort of real solution or help. It would be one thing if it took that long to get here and the tracking reflected that; I get that, delays happen. But when all signs point to the package making it literally down the street from my address and then just not moving for 6 days, and the USPS even confirms that they don’t know where the package is, it just tells me that Zenni has no interest in actually trying to help. This review is not a reflection of the app, but of the company itself, as multiple attempts to work with them have been the most fruitless undertaking ever. Just hope if you ever buy from them that your package doesn’t have any hiccups, because they will not do anything to help you.
