It’s functional but the UI can be improved.

The app works and has pretty nice features do maintain and use bank accounts with the app but it has a lot of UI UX flaws and not much user friendly. It would’ve been nice to see more clean UI with easy to use interface. Nevertheless it gets the jon done.

Application is forcing me each and every time to enter my ID and password. Even when I'm trying to transfer money to someone in public. Improvements : 1. Don't Forcefully logout everytime. 2. If you think money balance need to be secured, start pin like password approach. + feature for resetting pin with user ID and password -- transaction are already using mobile / email verifications. 3. Update information with socket connection where applicable.4. Don't query each and every data for every login, it makes application extreamly laggish. 5. Cache some data where applicable. Update all cash on down scroll ( Like Google Chrome for ios ) ,Also, you may update portion of cash data with socket connection invokement.( Do not use scheduler in mobile application for updating mobile cash data. ) 6. Make full application work smoothly even if offline except transactions or other features where staying connected necessary. 7. Add section of live map of ATM booth. Also keep it usable in offline. 8. Credit card payment not taking phone / email verification. ( Please follow same approach for every possible transactions) 9. Loading animation takes minimum fixed amount of time. 10. Timer in otp moves faster then remaining time portion. -- Developer owe me a cup of coffee. ** This application is great, Please do some improvement to make it the greatest.

I opened an Bank account through online and the harassment started . Opened account at 3rd march and today its 11th april. As its not convenient for me to visit the branch i came up with online account. But they just gave me an account number which only can be used for receiving money nothing else. I have visited 4 times and talked to helpline for several times and total talktime will be around 2 hours. I have submitted all the required docs by online and hard copy, i repeat all the documents they required. But end of the day they are playing blame game with me. Branch says they have nothing to do and Headoffice says , Branch is the key , they can solve all the things. Just wanted to say , if you can’t provide services then don’t commit to do. Just waste of time .

Since they have updated the app, it turns out user unfriendly. All my previous beneficiaries account has been gone. Now as I have started adding them back; I found it’s very inconvenient to do so. 1. Can’t write full Beneficiary name as it’s only allow limited number of letters, which was not enough for even my own name. Then I left one letter to try what’s happening next. 2. Verification of adding beneficiary is only E-signature and no other option like OTP/SMS. Unfortunately I didn’t understand how e-signature thing work with their given “challenge text” thing. So couldn’t add up any beneficiary account from other banks. And even I didn’t find any guide or help file or “learn more” option to explore and do my thing.I don’t know is it me personally backdated that l couldn’t navigate or their IT team lacks in expertise to make it user friendly. But I have almost stopped using this app as I can’t change my bank account now with them. Unfortunate!
