Very weird breakfast experience. When we arrived, the atmosphere and vibe were so cool! The place wasn’t busy and the host was super nice and got us seated quickly. The waitress, Jess, was slow to get to us, but nice. The Bloody Mary’s were delicious, but as the place started filling up, we noticed everyone around us was getting their food and we weren’t. She had only checked on us once and we asked for refills that she never brought and another waiter ended up bringing to us. 45+minutes after ordering, my husband flagged her down to inquire about our food and she said impatiently, “I’m sure it will be right out.” She disappeared for a long bit and then we saw her showing her ordering device to the host who came to our table to apologize that there had been a glitch in the system and our food would be right out. 20Minutes later we finally had our food. Instead of getting more attentive, our waitress became less so. We kept having to ask other waiters and the host for things. The glitch we could understand. Things happen. The waitress’ complete disregard of our table was our beef. My husband left a tip, but not the kind we are accustomed to giving. The food wasn’t bad, but it wasn’t worth the service, as she just spoiled it. But, HERE is the kicker… as we were leaving, she walked up to my husband and asked if he meant to leave such a small tip. He confirmed he did and she began toharass us! Saying she wanted toKnow why and so I tried to kindly explain it to her and she got even more aggressive and I just put my hand up with a stop gesture and said, “We are leaving now.” I’m just appalled. Our autistic son was with us after we just finished the Race of Autism 5K and we had been soexcited to try this place after such a lovely morning! He was so hungry and waited so patiently, which was hard for him. For her to behave like that after such poor service is unacceptable. I hope her manager will address this conduct.

Brandon is the best barista ever it doesn’t matter if you come in one month or five months he always knows how you like your food and drinks. I recommend snooze on a level of one through 10 I gave her 10 stars because if not, you’re local Denny’s it’s not your local IHOP. They have things like crabcake Benedict crabcake omelette with asparagus. If you’re looking to go above and beyond a little bit outside of your taste buds, this place is for you not to mention they have fabulous coffee and alcohol drinks early in the morning.

UPDATE: Yes I still use this unfortunately because I love the food. But still an annoying app. What’s the point if you can’t make any modifications on most items?? There are whole dishes I won’t order because it has an ingredient I don’t like that I can’t take off. ORIGINAL: Removing the option to “add utensils” means that favorite orders connected to that now-gone option can no longer be ordered. You just get an error message. I also can’t simply hit reorder on old orders for the same reason. Way to completely kill the convenience an app is supposed to provide guys. You should be able to simply reorder with a message that there’s been a change since a particular item is no longer available vs. making it completely impossible to create the same order again.
