This app is the most convenient app I’ve had in my phone to be real witchu! But mind you there are ups and downs to it but overall, it’s a very well kept app for me personally. I was sick and couldn’t make it to the hospital because I wasn’t feeling like it so I downloaded this app and tried it for the first time and I gotta tell you, my experience was outstanding! I was connected with a clinician and he prescribed me medication for whatever I went through. The only flaw that I had to go again and again with it is when I’m rescheduling my visits or even more so missed my appointment you’ll go back and start again and it asked me to pay again. But also that was fixed, told customer support about it and they fixed it right on the spot! So, if you’re like me barely want to do anything with hospital visits, this will be a great app!

I had scheduled an appointment and paid $29 for a doctors note, when I get into my appointment the “doctor” ask if I am who I claim to be and ask if my birthdate was correct, I say yes and she asks me what is the issue. I tell this “doctor” what the issue is and in the middle of me telling her the issue she cuts me off and to ask me if I am better and what do I need, I jump to the chase and tell her i just need a doctors note for work since I was out sick. She tells me that she can’t give me a doctors note for the days that I was out and can only give me a note for today, then my internet starts messing up and she’s says out loud to in an unappealing way “your internet is terrible, do you want a note for today yes or no?”, what she fails to understand is that not everyone has the same resources to afford a lighting fast internet and that not everyone is in the same predicament. With my internet not running fast it disconnects me and fails to connect me back. I go to contact support and let them know that the service provided to me was terrible, as well I failed to get what I paid for and I would like a refund. And another thing I said to the support was that I would like to report the doctor for her unprofessional manner. Support then told me to close my app and reopen it and connected me back with the doctor, and when I was back in the call the doctor was on the phone with the support team, and completely changed her attitude towards me and gave me my note to return to work.Also with this app it is glitchy, some options don’t work or takes an overly long time to load, it takes time to operate.

I’ve always had great experiences & understanding from almost every physician I’ve been with. Except it doesn’t take a lot for one person to ruin it. I had asked for a doctors note for some symptoms Ive been experiencing with my lower back. I needed a note for my job, because I do a lot of standing and moving around, which includes me carrying heavy bolts of fabric. I had just started my period and usually it causes a lot of issues with my back. I don’t typically call out of work for these kinds of reasons, but I really needed to with the type of work that I do. Usually they don’t ask why I need one, but this physician in particularly was very upset to as why I needed one. I understand she was just doing her job, but the way she handled it was very unprofessional and rude. I don’t think I have to explain as to what I do at my job in order for it to be a good enough reason for her to give me a doctors note. I had paid for a medical note, there is no need to question my decision? She talked very ignorant to me rather than insightful. Worst and hopefully my last experience I will have with these people. I already reviewed this app when I used it for the first time the other night, but felt I needed to add a little more since! The service I’ve received post my appointment has even been incredible. I’ve picked up my meds from my pharmacy with no issues, the customer service chat line I needed to ask a question they were super nice and helpful. I also forgot to add in my first review that I signed up and was seen within 8 Minutes!! which was incredible!! Not to mention it was almost 1am in the morning when I was seen. Dr Agolia was so nice and helpful! I’ve since also told several people about this app and they are signing up too! Thank you so so much for developing this app and giving such amazing care so quickly and conveniently! We will 100% be using again in the future when needed!
