Well let me start this off by saying FireKeepers physical property.. it’s my favorite casino in Michigan. I’m down a lot this year, but a lot of that is my own doing. They are very good to me and always fair. This app however? Please do not play here it is beyond bad. There are so many other app’s that aren’t like this. Thru 1,000 hands you can expect your blackjack win rate to be roughly 44%. Add in the rule changes on their virtual blackjack we can call it 39%…. Actual win rate after 1,000 hands? Roughly 24%.. now variance is real, and in small sessions you can attribute big wins or big losses to variance. This is not the case here… and the more you bet? The more you lose!! the win percentage for hands played at or over the 100 per hand mark? It’s closer to 16%… slots? I haven’t done a deep dive… but I promise they are “cheating” when I say cheating it doesn’t mean “oh I just got a bonus and the game closed and won’t give me my bonus” or “I won and they won’t pay me”. They cheat on their back end, it’s coded into their software, the games… every single one is not set up for fair play as a normal casino and many apps like fan duel, bet mgm, draft kings, bet rivers, etc are. Something is happening here and if it looks fishy, and smells fishy… it’s fishy.. please play else where. I’m not even saying don’t gamble.. which you’re going to lose if you play anyway (over time)… I’m just saying don’t play here. There is a reason it has such a low rating.

The games selection was very slim and the games I played continuously crashed mid spin and during bonus rounds. I would return to the game and it would tell me what amount I won on the bonus and skip the round.I was logged off 6 or 7 times and told to update the app (I had the newest version)It wouldn’t load any of the games I wanted to play and others that i did nothing but lose on would work without issues. First my new customer bonus bets didn’t work so I had to contact customer service to get that resolved. Then I placed a bet for $50 the money was taken from my account but then after the game was done it changed to rejected. I contacted customer support again for the second time in 2 days and they said well on our end it shows it went through and lost. I sent a screen shot showing it was rejected and they said sorry on our end it shows it went through. STAY FAR AWAY
