I’ve had the same frustrating issue with NeoRide twice now. The first time, I made a mistake, paid my tolls, and reached out for help since the app had no way to fix the error. It took a long time for them to respond, but after leaving a review, they asked me to remove it and promised to make things right if I gave them another chance.I did, and before my December trip, I let them know in advance. Now, three months later, my funds are still there, but I have yet to be charged. Meanwhile, I’ve received three toll bills, one with extra fees. Customer support replies to my emails but avoids my actual questions and won’t escalate the issue. They keep saying, “It takes about three weeks, sometimes more,” but at this point, it’s been far too long.NeoRide, if anyone from your team sees this, fix this immediately. This is unacceptable service.

Used this app on a trip to Florida to cover the tolls/parking while on vacation. I kept checking to see if the money I loaded had been applied. Never happened. Two months later, I was charged $121 by the car rental company for driving through toll booths without paying. The NeoRide rep said that this was perfectly legal for the rental company to do. Sure enough would have been nice to know that was a possibility before trusting the app to work as advertised! $6 in highway tolls ended up costing me over $140. This, coupled with the fact that they don’t offer parking fee coverage in any of the major cities in any of the major cities I’ve visited make this app a complete waste of money.
