Can’t Top Up Within App

App redesign has worked well in informing usage for the consumer. But topping up your SIM card is another story. After adding in planned top up, in check out, you are asked to enter in name, phone number, address before hitting Continue. Hitting Continue button to check out never does anything. I’ve checked my data numerous times for validity, never works at all. I can top up within their website, but that defeats the purpose of top up and checkout within their website app. Please, you can do better than this. Fix this problem now to retain your customers.

Horrible support experience

I bought a plan listed as having SMS and calls included. SMS/Calls didn’t work, and after 24 hours I messaged support for help. After some back and forth, they claimed that my plan did not have calls/SMS, and I presented screenshots from their website that it claimed it did when I purchased it. They refused to make it right and upgrade me to the correct plan, claiming they had no option to do so. The support person even admitted the website was wrong! Take your business elsewhere.

This eSIM wrecked my settings. Took an hour to get things semi back to normal. Only discovered after I was on the road that I couldn’t send IMessages which was critical for my travel. Contacted Orange and they said their SIMS don’t support IMessages. Would have been good to know before purchasing. I asked how to file a complaint and I was informed that they don’t accept complaints. That tells you everything you need to know. This is a total fraud and apple needs to remove it from the store.
