This app was great until they decided to make you wade through subscription options to get to the print screen. And now you have to pay to even use the Autocrop feature! Really? I enjoyed my label printer until they implemented this paid option and had no problem printing wirelessly from my iPad downstairs to my printer upstairs. The app became a dealbreaker for me and I just brought another label printer with a straightforward app which doesn’t make you wade through ads to subscribe!

So, I am shocked that this lApp has such a poor rating because I’ve found that it is the BEST of any that I’ve tested thus far and that’s a lot! It gives almost all features but extra fonts for free and still gives enough for most uses. HOWEVER, I am BEGGING the developers to make the canvas of the label a different color than the background. I use this labeled to create labels for identification cuz i’m legally blind and I can’t tell you how many labels I’ve wasted cuz I can’t tell where the canvas begins and ends. I mean, a white canvas and nearly identical white background? It’s a nightmare! I prefer dark mode and see better when everything is black so may just make a border around the label size that is white when in dark mode and black in light mode. If you did that, I would think this is the best app out there. Thank you!!

Is the app Mac like? Mostly.Does it connect to the printer? Absolutely. Are you able to import images from pretty much anywhere saved on your hard drive? Yep. Is it intuitive? For the most part. computer savvy people will pick it up with little hiccup. Not so computer savvy? Well, you probably don’t want to use this software. It’s a little convoluted and not thought out like American developer would have designed it by any means. Does it get the job done? Without a doubt.People have complained about error messages typically because of the way-too short wavelength of the inherent bluetooth module. So long as you are in range, you won’t have the other user-advertised issues.Bottom line, if you have a compatible label printer, can keep it close to your computer and you need to print labels, you shouldn’t have much of a problem doing so with this app.

I purchased this little workhorse of a printer years ago and it is still printing my labels. Yes it does have a few quirks but nothing worth mentioning. I will mention the support staff has been able to walk me through getting my printer back online twice, and it was super easy and they handled the call for service in a professional manner and both times they were very friendly. I highly recommend
