Can’t add second account

No way to add a second user using the same email - so I can’t log in and access my child’s classes or passes. Automatically takes me to my own profile without option to sign in to another either during login or once you’re in. Also - if you search “my gyms” you can find a gym but no way to add it in the app. Which negates the feature.

why reinvent the wheel

KyraBoo
This app was launched way before it was ready to be used by customers. The events calendar is not functional. This app is making my gym membership worthless without access to the calendar to reserve spots in fitness classes.

This app has a plethora of the most amazing ideas I’ve ever seen yet its execution is nothing short of pathetic. To call this a glitch ridden piece of junk would be overly generous bc at least a glitch ridden app would work sometimes. Total garbage.
