Obnoxious app with difficult to use functionality
Audio guide is only available after inserting ticket info. This pop up to do this is only on the first launch.
Additional issues downloading audio content is quite frustrating.
Works well using home WIFI in the US
I had no glitches with purchasing or downloading the audio guide using my home WIFI. The app does warn that if you use a credit card, you will need to have the ability to do a 2 step verification with your bank. This meant that I got a pop up window asking me to go to my bank app and verify the purchase. Once I did this, I returned to the app, clicked verification completed, and the purchase went through. All without a glitch and in less than 3 min. I hope this is helpful!
Transfer ticket works if…
You need to have an email sent to you from the ticket purchaser transferring the ticket to you. The email contains a link to download the app. If you have already installed the app, the transfer won’t work. Delete the app and go through email instead.
This also will give you access to the audio files. Clunky but it does work.
