While submitting earrival, for entering country (Nationality) you have to scroll through the long list instead of allowing user keyboard access to start typing first few characters and bring up countries to select based on typed letters. Also functionality of pre-filling data on earrival form is broken since even if there was a recent submission (as recent as few days ago submission) it doesn’t pull up information and one has to enter all the same information again. The purpose of visit lacks option for family visit which lot of NRIs might fall under so only option is other or people selecting wrong category like tourism (family visit is not tourism). Not sure why someone with approved TTP (OCI holder) also needs to fill earrival (just adds delays to quicker processing of TTP users). App has no ability to submit anonymous feedback and only option is this AppStore review which may not get looked and worked out.
What????

How is it that Indians are known as the tech gurus of the world and this app is so bad? If you make us actually register and have an actual account with a password to even use the app, then why is it that after generating the e-arrival card that it just disappeared into nowhere. No way to pull it up again? There were also other glitches with the drop down options. Come on India. I have worked with dozens of IT guys from India that could have done so much better. Please hire one of the millions of competent IT professionals in your country to do a proper app.
Useless

I just downloaded the app and started filling out the information, right after signing up the app says to download the updated version, but I just downloaded it after that nothing proceeds and I am unable to navigate through. My parents are traveling to India and this app is not working. The Indian government should test the app thoroughly before making it official for millions of travelers to visit India. I think we should have better standards. Not something garbage, which continues to create a bad impression amongst tourists. Listen, government of India please wake up as India is a technology joint, but making a app like this for basic needs is a shameful act which does not work properly.
After creating accounts try reinstalling the app if facing any error

There are so many errors while creating an account. After finally completing the account setup, the app shows an error asking to update to the latest version, even though the latest version is already installed. After multiple attempts, I decided to uninstall and reinstall the app, and that did the trick! Once reinstalled, everything worked smoothly. Overall, the app functions well now.
