I have two total cards, one total and one total select I have tried for over two months to add my second account, but it will not allow me to do it. Continuously tells me there’s an error. I have deleted the app reinstalled it a number of times in order to try to get it to work That did not help. I also called customer service numerous times not only can they not speak clear and concise English all they know how to do is read from a script.. They have no idea how to help you with anything to do with the app and there is no way when you ask them for a supervisor to help you that you can get through to one that will know anything I’ve spoken to several different people, including supervisors and no one knows anything about how to use the app and make it work. They have no technical support for this app. Do not download it.So they took a moment to answer my complaint and simply said to call customer service if they are taking a moment and actually read my post instead of copying and pasting their answer they would see that I’ve already attempted customer care and customer service if that’s what you call it Because no one speaks clear English and understands nothing except what’s written in front of them on canned answers. I ask the question on how to get through this issue. And they could not help me so why don’t you actually take the time contact me or write away in their answer that lets me know you actually intended to help me absolutely terrible software not to mention a terrible bank. I would stay as far away from these people as you can.

So I make my payments usually, on the 4th of each month. They are always paid out of my connected checking account. This past month, I made my regular payment on the first, and because I have a few extra funds, I made another payment (from my same checking account) on the 13th. The payment from the 13th was processed and my balance changed but my available credit stayed the same. After about 2 weeks i finally called and was told, I needed to Mail or Fax my bank statement to prove the payment had cleared and they put a suspension on my card for multiple payments. I HAVE NEVER HEARD OF ANY NONSENSE LIKE THAT! I made the payment from the same account I’ve had linked to my card for years and now they’re suspending my card because I made 2 payments in one month??? If you can avoid this card, I would do so! Not only am I unable to use my card, but because I don’t have access to a fax machine, I would have to mail my bank statement and wait for them to receive it before they unlock my card! Crazies thing I’ve ever heard. OH and they told me if I pay the remaining balance I can close my card, so they will take my money from this account to close my card, but won’t take it to make an extra payment?? Horrible!!!!

Besides The Bank of Missouri being an absolutely horrible bank (and it is truly a HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE bank), this is an absolutely horrible app for a horrible card.Frequently I run into problems just using the app. For example, I updated my address when I moved and it recorded it backwards: it placed my apartment number and Mailstop on the first line of the address instead of the second where it placed my street address. The post office doesnt like that, according to my post person. I've changed it five times and when I save the information, it switches the first and second lines of the address without fail. I cannot get it to accept the correct address order no matter what I do.I've also encountered numerous issues when trying to make payments; the latest of which being the app throwing an error indicating that the payment server cannot be found when I try to submit a payment. I've checked my Internet connection and every other app on my phone works except this one so I don't think it's my phone or my connection. My experience with The Bank Of Missouri and its app has been exasperating to say the absolute least. I cannot under any circumstances recommend this card, this bank, or its accompanying app. Sign up for and use all of them at your own peril.

Update:I contacted Total Visa Card’s customer service, and I’m pleased to say they were very cooperative. They promptly reversed three of the disputed transactions, and only one remains under review. I appreciate their responsiveness and willingness to resolve the issue. Old Review:I’m extremely disappointed with the security system of the Total Visa card. Despite being cautious with my spending habits, I recently experienced fraudulent charges on my account. What’s most concerning is that I never used this card online or shared my information with anyone, yet unauthorized transactions still appeared.I used the card was at a reputable gas station, yet somehow my information was compromised. To make matters worse, this card offers no transaction alerts, making it even harder to catch suspicious activity quickly.If you’re considering this card, be aware that it lacks even basic security features that most credit cards provide. I strongly recommend monitoring your account regularly if you decide to use it. Total Visa urgently needs to improve its security system to better protect its customers.
