The lights work great. I was able to connect the lights to the TV and to Alexa app. The app has some glitches such as infinite loading Q&A screens and other tabs but I assume this is a new app and they are working through the bugs. So far looks great and the price is solid.-Lukas
Light Bars will not Synchronize with my Neo Box

My light bars used to sync with my Neo Box. I have reset them over and over and still light bars will not sync with box. I did all the steps to try to correct the problem but no luck. The light bars have a synchronize tab using the app but when click on it no proper connection to NEO box. I don’t know why it won’t sync up it used to add some good light effects when it did work correctly but now the light bars don’t connect properly…. Bummer !!

If you cant connect app to your lights go to you're wifi and switch from you're 5G to regular it should help once you connect once you should be good

Connected to app and Alexa flawlessly no issues. One of the corner brackets needed to be reenforced because the 3m tape came loose, otherwise this was an easy install and setup.
