First off when signing up I was lied to about how they weren’t like other companies. And that they don’t charge you for appointments if you don’t talk to the doctor which is rare. And they got me. They charged me over and over till I realized I was being charged for nothing. And would not give my money back. Funny thing was when my credit was shut down they tried over and over to take money for no services given, no so called medication given. The other company at least would refund the money they took if you did not see the doctor or get medication. Scam Second the snake oil I was given did nothing.. they upped the dose still nothing. It never worked… scam at least the more expensive companies mediation did work. Third it was hard to get any help or response when reached out. I waited a long time in the beginning to get snake oil but they took the money straight. I don’t think any one cared about my medical background I think no matter what I told them I would have gotten this what ever it was no matter the outcome. I will be reporting to the officials for medical and I will be reporting this to the fdc and bbb and who ever else I need to. Because this is unexceptable.
Renewal process is broken

I logged in to have my monthly prescription sent to my pharmacy as I have done since starting my program. The system would not let me send my prescription for renewal. Said it was too soon to renew my prescription even though I was out of auto injectors. So I did everything I could think of- messaged my care team, called the 800 number and spoke to a representative, responded to the care team’s message requesting updated information and I am still unable to have my prescription sent to my pharmacy. The representative on the phone line said I needed to speak to a doctor regarding my prescription- and an appointment - the first available- was putting me nearly two weeks off program before I even have the chance to have my prescription filled. You know what didn’t take two weeks to speak with someone? When they decided to charge me $800+ to renew my prescription through the app. Except they apparently didn’t renew it because now I need to meet with a provider before they will send in my prescription. Perhaps a charge should not be applied until services are actually rendered. It is super frustrating to have paid and answered all correspondence and not have my prescription sent in as it has been since I started my program only to finally speak with a representative who says new federal regulations required me to have an appointment with a provider before I can get my prescription sent in. This was not communicated in any way until I called in after setting an appointment with a provider because there didn’t seem to be any other way to speak with someone without setting the appointment. The representative then tells me that is why I was required to set the appointment in the app- which I was not- I did it myself out of frustration- no prompting whatsoever. This is a mess and honestly if I had not already been charged $800 for the next period of prescriptions I would be ending this relationship and looking for a replacement provider. The product works great and I am satisfied with my results so far- too bad the system is not allowing me to continue my program as I should be able too. Fix this or I will not renew and will tell everyone I speak to about the issues with this program.

Very slow and very pushy about their “compounded meds” that are not FDA approved they are only allowed them D/T severe medication shortages this is why insurance won’t pay for it’s NOT FDA approved. My Prior auth was approved in 24 hours and it took them almost a week to send me script for a hard to get med after I gave them all the info and confirmed it was in stock no responded to me till I send a ton of messages and complained several times. Had I not already paid for this I would NEVER use them again. Just out to get their money do t actual care if you get care I wait 5-7 days to get responses and only because I send a million since when I’ve sent one days go by with nothing. I have an insurance question I submitted before my first appointment almost 3 weeks ago and still not response. Only positive is I got wegovy brand after having to seriously advocate for myself and luckily I had knowledge of how a PA works and how to check my insurance or these people would have NEVER sent my script.DO NOT RECOMMEND THEY ONYL GET 2 STARS NOT 1 BEACUSE EVENTUALLY I DID GET MY SCRIPTIf you don’t have a medical background or can’t navigate insurance yourself they don’t really help don’t use them
