I don’t know what you guys have as far as an IT team goes, but this app is awful. I (29m) spent almost two hours trying to just log in to the app to no avail. Every time it tries to make me create a new account. I understand the use of entrykeyid to help give older users an added layer of privacy/protection but the way the two are coded together is not seamless and just adds to the headache. I’m giving up on the app and will just use the web browser. Side note to the IT department. All of your apps are rated below 2 stars and I understand why now. Creating multiple apps for pharmacy, Medicare B, and medicade is not a good idea. It adds to the confusion of what your customers should download or use. Please do better, hire someone in IT that knows what to do or fire the boss that is hindering the IT development department. 0/10 for this app.

The app doesn’t work. I have tried several times and get a message that it is unable to connect with server. After three attempted phone calls to seek assistance. I have given up. Each time I get a message that wait times may be longer than normal, and I sit on hold listening to maddening music. Wait times have been between 30 and 45 minutes. I have then given up. No one every answers. There is no way to leave a message, no call back option, and no chat feature. Poor customer service on several fronts. They send our coupon payments books, (who even uses those any more?). Payment books arrive over a month late, and you can’t access the app so how to you know what’s due, or make your payment?

Quite possibly the worst app in the apple store. There’s a reason this app is rated so low. Bad design if you can log in. I updated the app, now I can’t log in at all. To many other choices, so I’m moving my scripts to elsewhere. Update: After trying to log in from another device, a computer and a different IP address, it’s apparent their website is down for several weeks now. Including entering a URL and from the app. If they do not care to fix a simple web site problem, why would I think the rest of their service would be any better. After checking reviews on Apple here over the years, I realize this app is the single worst rated. Just scroll through the reviews, it’s dismal.

This app is confusing and cumbersome. After creating an account, the app will not remember your user name or password. You should be able to use Face ID once set up. Then you have the key word verification step. Most of the time, when you try to sign in, it wants to make you create a new account so you have to cancel and try again (the same thing happens to my husband when he tries to sign in. When you try to print out your id card, it prints a full-page (8 1/2 by 11) card, there is no other choice but to print letter size from your phone. Not too handy to carry in your wallet. So many things that need to be updated for a more pleasant and less frustrating user experience.
