BEWARE!! DONT EVEN BOTHER RUN!Only gave 5 stars so you’ll see this! 1 star - and that’s honestly being generous. There are so many other platforms out there that treat creators better than this one. The payout process alone is enough to make you never want to use this app again. First they hold your earnings for a full month before you can even request a cash out. Then after you request it, you wait about another week for it to reach your Masspay wallet… and only after that can you finally move it to your bank. By the time you actually see your money, it feels endless. The fees are even worse. There’s a 20% creator fee, plus another 20% if you want to manually cash out (not wait until a specific day each month for auto payout). That’s 40% of your earnings gone. Just like that. Meanwhile there are other platforms that let you keep 100% of what you make, so this feels completely unreasonable. Customer service is also increasing frustrating. Responses take forever, and when they do reply, they’re rarely helpful. Getting real support feels nearly impossible. The only positive thing I can say is that the AI chat feature is actually pretty cool. Unfortunately that’s not enough to make up for everything else. This app had potential but it completely missed the mark.

I have not been paid out for the month of January and I have sent what feels like 59 emails because there is no number to call for member support. I was brought on when club fans was just breaking out and would have zoom calls every few weeks to discuss strategies to improve the app. Things began to change and I didn’t have communication with anyone anymore. New developments were made and no email updates were sent out to inform its members. Recently, I was not paid out for the month of January and I set my bill schedule accordingly to my monthly payout from club fans. I have not received payout, there is no way to get paid, I have reached out several times for 5 days straight and they have made zero attempts to resolve the problem and reassure me that this is will never happen again. There is no number to call. There is no one who has been able to provide me with any assistance that is helpful in initiating my automatic payout for the month of January and I have fallen behind in my bill schedule because of this matter. This kind of thing will ruin an amazing platform built for creators to bring in an independent stream of income, but if we creators cannot depend on the reliability of this app, it will crash and burn. I am writing this review to get someone’s attention, feedback and immediate assistance. I will take it down once I have been contacted and assisted in this matter. I have been an avid club user but this unacceptable.

I’ve had an extremely disappointing experience with Luvi and cannot recommend this app at all. I had a customer pay me over $500 for content, they received everything, and then disputed the payment. Somehow, they were able to get all their money back, leaving me with nothing. When I reached out to customer service for help, they were completely unhelpful, dismissive, and offered no real solutions.On top of that, the payout process is terrible. I was supposed to have money available to withdraw on 2/09, and it is now 2/17 with none of that money accessible. This kind of delay is unacceptable, especially when you’re relying on the platform for income.The combination of unreliable payments, a customer being able to take advantage of the system, and practically nonexistent support makes this app incredibly frustrating to use. I’ve invested time and effort into my content only to be left in limbo and treated poorly.If you’re considering using Luvi, be extremely cautious. Between the payout issues, poor customer service, and risk of chargebacks, it is not worth your time or effort.

Honestly with every app, I’ve downloaded over the months of trying to find new apps to help push my content, but also make me good income while doing so I really haven’t found anything yet until now Club Fans isn’t just any app. It helps you create income right away off your content as long as you’re trying to use the app it does what it says. It does regularly post and stay consistent. Show your fans, your contact and your life and they will subscribe to your club fans account, which will bring you steady income, it’ll take a little time but it’s worth it‼️💯💪🤑 P.S. The innovative features that this app has are amazing. Oh yeah in my first day of having the app I got tipped $10 from somebody who just randomly followed me‼️
