The commissary delivers. Did you know? Also, as I’ve arrived in Hawaii, I have been having difficulty with my forms of transportation. First off, waiting on my car to arrive on island. Then there was a time period where we were waiting on our insurance company to repair our car following a freak accident. Now my main forms of transportation are a bicycle and an electric bike. Getting groceries for my family during this rough time has stunk as you can imagine lugging 50 lbs of groceries on my back as well as my uniforms and boots on my back all the way to where I live on Ford Island. When I discovered that the Commissary could deliver to us it was a blessing straight out of Heaven from God. Thanks for delivering you have enabled me to keep my family well fed during this trying time of pedestrian and bicycling transportation. Thank you so much for delivering. It makes sense since many people struggle with getting and affording a car on this island, Oahu.

I have been shopping exclusively using ClicktoGo since I placed my first order about six months. I especially love how I can order one item only or a full list of weekly groceries. The weekly specials always have something I need and so I am always looking for something that I know is one of my staple foods. Pick is easy and convenient. You drive up and call and they’ll bring your groceries and put them in your vehement for you. The first time I picked mine up I tried to give a tip and they told me that they don’t take tips. I was quite surprised; and I tried to insist but it was a definite no. Even if you live off base it’s worth the trip because there’s usually something else that I need to do on base.I hope you give it a try so you can see how fantastic this service is.Griseida ( Grace ) Savant

I love having the option of online ordering for the commissary, but the customer interface could use some work. There’s no way to save your payment option so you have to enter it every time. That wouldn’t be such a big deal, but when using the checkout function, the system often freezes, loads very slowly, or just won’t work. I usually switch between the desktop version and the app to see which one is working today. It takes a long time and often discourages me from using grocery pick up at all. The people who bring my groceries out are absolutely wonderful though.

Let me start by saying, I am very appreciated that the commissary has an app to use where you can pre-order groceries. I like that the app has aisles where the items are located and that part of the app is usually pretty reliable. With that being said there are several updates that need to be made in order to make it more user-friendly.1. There is a lot of discrepancies between what is shown in the app and what they actually have in the store in stock.I just realized that the other problems that I have are with the commissary itself and not with the app directly.Here are other issues I’ve encountered when using Click2Go:1. At my store it is very hard to get a hold of someone to bring out the order. Sometimes you have to walk into the store just to get somebody to help you which pretty much defeats the whole purpose.2. It would be nice to get notifications when my order is being processed and have messages sent to me to approve substitutions.3. One of the biggest issues that I have, is that the prices on the SALES FLYER do not always match the prices in store! This is my biggest frustration with the commissary overall because when you bring it to a manager‘s attention, they will not honor the price that is on our sales flyers. Why even have the flyer if that is not the price that you will give it to me for?!?!
