Web Browser version versus app
I am disappointed and surprised the app doesn’t have the outfit combo recommendations that are show through the browser website view.
I have shopped at WHBM for years. In general, I think they are over prices for the quality. Often I know I’m Buying an outfit that will only look good one time, I’ll look good the one time though! The sweaters especially degrade quickly, one wash and even when careful you notice a difference. shoes and belts just fell apart on the hangar after little use.

Store personnel can act a bit like “Pretty Women”
Sadly Returns/exchanges are not overly welcome at the boutique I frequent. For example: I had been told by customer service that in order to take advantage of the next days 20% entire order sale that I had to buy everything again and return the first order!? I thought that was not very good service but he said it is policy. I spent a small fortune renewing my wardrobe from this boutique because I love the classic style and have many things from early 2000 still in my closet! So, I brought back what I initially ordered to get an immediate refund (the wait is not acceptable online; I’m not a wealthy woman!) and was in a hurry to make a play at 5:30 that night… I forgot my phone at home and therefore, could not locate the order for one swimsuit to exchange. Nina called customer service and was on hold for literally 45 minutes as I asked four times (at first very sweetly) to just return the money for my returns and let me come back another time with my phone to easily find the order because I was going to be late…she actually said in a spiteful tone that she “wasn’t going to hang up on customer service now after all this time” my friend and I never made the play. This sort of lack of respect is not acceptable especially when the customer is trying to comply just as told. Anyway, from now on if I continue to shop here I choose to do on line shopping only. Plus side, there is more online to choose!

Great store, horrible app
0 stars. There are constant issues with this app. Sale prices on items often don’t transfer to your cart, if items in your cart happen to go on sale you won’t get the sale price unless you delete and re-add to your cart, my favorites list has not worked properly in months (I add items but they disappear and don’t reappear in my favorites until I delete the items that do show and even then they only reappear one at a time), now I am trying to add items to my cart and it keeps saying there is an issue and to reopen the app but closing and reopening it isn’t resolving the problem, sometimes I go to check out and it just says there is a problem and won’t allow me to check out often until some of my items are sold out, if one item in your cart sells out they remove it from the cart but when I go to check out I get a message that I need to remove the items before I can check out (but I can’t remove it because they already did), photos of clothing are often inaccurate, coupon codes from the mail never ever work, I could go on and on. This app is seriously the worst and I love the store so I really wish they could get it under control. It’s insanely frustrating.
