Love the app I know most people don’t but also helps to have the app were others who have one doesn’t connect to your jbl while using it with out the. You can not control it and others can take over your speaker. Always use the app to pervert someone else from logging in to your speaker I have no issues had the app for 3 years great system to have I have no regrets at all I am happy and love my speaker as well. Thank you jbl … I am in the process of getting more than one speaker and you can pair them together or you can use them separate they do have sorest codes for each speaker. It great so if you are a first time buyer like my self you will enjoy it and easy to set up. Have fun and enjoy your music. Thanks jbl for being great and awesome.

The little things this dev(s) do from the very moment you open the app for the first time just to annoy you enough to buy their subscription is going to be a waste of your time. The obnoxious full page ad blocks to give these guys money before even seeing if the app works was so unimaginative and blatantly hustling you that it’s genuinely insulting. If there’s even a free trial to know if this thing works, I didn’t even get to see it thanks to really aggressive subscription ad blocking me from even finishing setting up the app. (Edit: the ads asking you to subscribe are unskippable for a few seconds, which doesn’t sound bad until you realize they’ve made it so it takes over the screen every couple of clicks - or if you leave the app at all for a second). I’m glad they convinced me to delete this app before I could waste my money on it along with my time. Even if it works, I’m not supporting that kind of “tricky” behavior from an app creator.

I recently encountered an extremely frustrating issue with the "Premium Speaker & Headphones Connect" app. The advertisement claimed that the app could simultaneously connect two different speakers from different fronts, which was precisely what I needed. Consequently, I didn't hesitate to pay the $40+ subscription fee.However, the app failed to deliver on its promises right from the start. Despite several attempts, I couldn't get the app to connect the two speakers as advertised. Disappointed, I deleted the app and requested a refund. To my surprise, I was charged twice for the subscription, and although one refund was processed successfully, the other was denied without a clear explanation, leaving me unfairly out of pocket.Adding insult to injury, I tried to give the app another chance, hoping that a reinstallation might fix the issue — it did not.
