But I can definitely say this service has been the best so far was really glade I transferred over they not only give u unlimited everything I know the data slows down after awhile but I can be in some areas that even cricket witless doesn’t get connection n still at least receive my messages not just thru regular text but fb messenger n snap chat they also give u a decent selection of choices of phones I received a iPhone 7 refurbished yes but I can say I have been very satisfied so far my iPhone actually had 128 gb of memory so I can imagine the galaxy they offer is pretty good too u will receive your device from China so it may take a few weeks to receive in the mail as I didn’t expect to receive mine after I had applied three weeks before but has been the best choice so far had no issues with Sim card it was already inserted and ready to go I have had a small issue with the battery tho as it definitely doesn’t take long to die so I’d keep a charger with u at all times about the only thing I have found to even complain about but at least the service works and for free u honestly cannot complain too much as the phone was also free , now if u miss the fine print when signing up if u choose either the iPhone or galaxy they will charge u for the device if u do not stay with there services for 1 year I didn’t read this fine print but found out afterwords but I have had no plans of dropping this company .. wait periods for customer services can be long but they do respond within 24-48 hrs if u email tho

Really been with these guys for over year two now and it’s been great journey typically -3g data unless on wifi reception is limitless except in buildings like Walmart n such. Through benifit lifeline had acp combo and had GB’s of data then but yeah not much data got new iPhone through then twice now both for under 100$ so new phones for benifit accounts get cheap cell phone deals tablets hotspots and all all good devices and dirt cheap. They pretty quick w shipping only thing I can’t say I’m happy with is they let someone take my lifeline from my account and transfer it out someplace else and let scammer get my account on new plan somewere and they got new phone or something through my name in my benifit used my identification or something information too to do this but when I noticed it wasn’t even on lifeline no more just acp til that ran out and when I emailed them about they got it back to Airtalk wireless again and restored my lifeline and handled it promptly and everything’s been back to normal and just hope that don’t happen again. If it happens once it could always happen a second time who knows who did that to me idk just wierd bro but now I waited week or two to get phone deals again in the app to buy same phone over again cause this one I use now is damaged screen and stuff broken glass not safe but it’s been like this for almost years since the scammer hacker transferred my lifeline and used for year till I noticed everything just wish they would verify the lifelines more better so this stuff won’t happen again prayers it safe now but still finally got new phone all good I’m happy they’re cool great company no matter what guys!! GodBless y’all for support and help along the way u guys rock solid in my book no doubt!!!!

Like many others on here, when I transferred my service and received a new iPhone 7, I immediately noticed the battery was flawed. When I went to system preferences, it told me the battery needed to be replaced. It was operating at 68%. A BRAND NEW (68%!) iPHONE!! When I contacted customer service, they not only required I send the phone back to them first (rather than sending the bad phone back once the new one arrived so as to have limited interruption of service) AirTalk told me it could take up to two weeks once they received my phone back! I couldn’t potentially go three weeks without service especially around the holidays which is when this was, so I just decided I would live with the bad battery. Now, a couple years later the phone (which isn’t even 5g) will only stay on for about an hour and a half on a full charge. Apple stopped supporting the iPhone 7 over a year ago, so almost all apps I have on the phone are inoperable as they require an operating system greater than the iOS 15 that it is maxed out at. I want to update my phone I want to have a phone that provides 5g service. I want to have service that doesn’t throttle after only a 4 or so gigs of data have been used when I should have more than twice that available to me. AirTalk will provide me these things ONLY IF I buy a new phone from them at a non- discounted regular retail rate. EXISTING CUSTOMERS DONT GET UPGRADED. EXISTING CUSTOMERS DONT GET DISCOUNTS DONT BECOME A CUSTOMER HERE

Well let me say when I first got my iPhone 7 in mail I really enjoyed it. It was a really nice phone considering some of the reviews I’ve read on here. I was really happy with it and I even spread the word for other people to join this phone service and they could get a iPhone to. I’ve been when air talk for almost a year or probably a year and it’s been decent service but here lately we have had some financial difficulties and our WiFi at home got shut off. Now everybody only is getting 10 gigs a month through the free service and I’ve purchased 5 top ups already in the past week because I live on my phone. I’m really beginning to get disappointed with Airvoice and there plans seem really expensive compared to other companies so now I’m thinking I’m just going to purchase me a monthly service with someone else because as others have said in there reviews customer service is really hard to get ahold of and I done see I’m not getting what I’m paying for in the top ups I’ve purchased. Come on Air talk or air voice or both of you I know you can do better if other companies can offer cheaper deals then why can’t you??? I guess you gotta get rich first off us poor folks then maybe if you still have any customers hopefully you can give back to us soon because as of now I’m really disappointed and I hope your service changes because I really thought you guys where going to be the best, and so far you have been the worst company I’ve ever had. I’m sorry but the truth is that he truth. If your thinking of getting this company id try to buy a cheap plan first because I think you will be disappointed for real unless they start getting things in order because if not I’m sure there going to loose all there customers if there like me and can’t afford prices like these. I just hope they do get in order before I switch to someone else myself.
