I’ve been using this since beginning of this year. Game changer for me in the gym. This is a great way to have tracked workouts, no more blind workouts with minimal results, if you do this correctly and push yourself, you will see results! I have been working on my glutes forever and so I have the muscle training but I never understood how to really get the results I wanted but this app serves as a guide and the training videos help with form and technique which is so important to get the peach you want.I also think this program is unique because it helps you to achieve a particular form, it’s for the girlies who want to stay slim and fit elsewhere on the body but have the fluffy booty. He still incorporates upper body and core days so all of the body gets love but the glutes are the focus.I only have some issues with the app platform itself, it’s easy to accidentally click out of a workout and loose my timing, and I wish the check marks for progress on the days were week to week and not for all of week 1-3. Or incorporate a calendar that tracks progress of workout completions, like a check mark for each day trained, to help keep better track on the workouts.
