The L-Nutra Health App connects you with your individually tailored Longevity and Health plan from L-Nutra. We focus on the 5 pillars of Longevity and Disease Remission and Regression: Nutrition, Exercise, Stress, Sleep and Social Capital. As a client of a provider using L-Nutra, you will receive the specific content of your custom Longevity or Health plan in the app. Track your progress including calories, activities, body metrics, steps, water, and sleep in an interface shared with your Longevity Coach or Nutritionist provider. Communicate with your provider in real time through personal journals and direct private messages. This app is integrated with the Apple HealthKit. Choose to share your steps, sleep and other data from your Health app directly with the L-Nutra app. Intuitive Design The app is designed specifically for clients of L-Nutra providers and you can't use the app unless you're already a client of a L-Nutra provider. Use the app on your iPhone or iPad. Your L-Nutra provider uses an admin web-based portal where they can select your specific Longevity/Health plan, monitor your progress, and communicate with you directly.
