I used to talk with them on phone call they are very nice to talk with and helpful. A little long to wait on phone call, but they will call you back when you want them to call back if you don’t want to wait.

Issue 1: when typing in the initial question, can not go back and edit text. Must delete entire text and start over. Copying, highlighting, and pasting i almost impossible for some reason. People want to refine their medical questions and give adequate context.Issue 2: Chat often disconnects and says “failed to connect to server”. I can never get my questions answered because i get connected to a person then a few mins later im disconnected from server. Do you know how much time i’ve wasted through disconnection- mine and the various agents i’ve connected with?

Our company switch to Quantum this year and I honestly have no idea why. Why is a middle man brought in when they’re USELESS?? None of my claims are being processed correctly, they don’t crossover, and the care coordinators know NOTHING. If you are the person that makes these decisions for your company RUN away from this company. It has been such a headache. My out of pocket should have been met 2 months ago but even though the claims were paid they won’t cross them over to show it as being met so now when the hospital calls for benefits it’s showing I still owe the full $10k oop which is absolutely incorrect. Hate this company.

I rarely write reviews and hate to share and write this, but I feel completely out of options despite attempting numerous times to resolve this with Quantum for months without any actual resolution. Also this may be related more so to the internal infrastructure of the company over the app, however, I do think it’s so important given they’re all interconnected first off. The app interface is pretty terrible and freezes or erases my search it’s I just click the back button and I have to start over scratch and I 100% echo theconcerns in the other reviews about the chat feature, it’s miserable and incredibly inefficient and really you doing anything without losing or having an issue in the chat.The real source of frustration I have is I have been spending eight months or so attempting to find a primary care doctor in Network. I have contacted quantum numerous times I’ve been given lists of doctors or whomever in network when I call the offices they say ‘that’s not true that’s incorrect, we don’t accept it’ and then the remainder of the list quantum gave me completely is incorrect or these doctors names do not exist, unloveable and definitely don’t work where I was told; I’ve always received on several occasions the doctors identified and allegedly confirmed in network—either don’t accept new patients and I’ve even received names for those in very specialized areas of medicine (endocrinologist was the most recent one; NOTE: I have been only looking for a primary care doctor and no specialist referrals requested. I even called and asked a quantum care coordinator on the phone more than 2-3x occasions for assistance, the rep was relatively nice however the buck essentially got passed yet again and kinda made light of it while not offering any resolution or assistance, especially since I asked them for the correct phone number and extension to the health insurance company directly and I was advised against that and I was never offered or provided the correct contact information. So I guess this is more about the company. Although one thing that irks me within the app—when searching for a provider, isn’t part of the purpose of using the app is to be able to search within the app? The fact I am autoredirected out of the app to my web browser to find a provider drives me nuts and defeats the purpose….makes more sense to just use the website from a computer or tablet.
