I just recently purchased the sWalk treadmill and love it. However, the app is in German. Even though I set the language for English, it still shows everything in German. All of the workouts are in German. I don’t understand what the trainers are saying. Please make an English version of the app or have a translation button to change the language. Until then, I guess I’ll have to use the “quick start” which defeats the purpose of having an app. Also, when I use the preset programming with the remote control on the treadmill, it does not upload the data to the app. I’m not sure why. I really wanted to give this review 5 stars.UPDATE: May 11, 2024I decided to return the sWalk treadmill after 6 days. The other problem I had with the app was is that it recorded my walks in kilometers instead of miles, even when I set the measurement to miles. The duration of time was off along with the “pause” feature that was hard to restart without resetting your accumulated time and distance. Therefore, I am deleting this app.

I’m not sure what size battery I am supposed to use for the remote & the app will not allow me to login. I have sent the OTP to my number a hundred times and it will not come through. I’ve even used a different number and it still hasn’t worked. Bluetooth is connected. But the wall pad is not working.

I like this app a lot, there’s so many different workouts to do and they also work with beginners. However, I wish they had the option to put subtitles on for those who don’t speak German ( and for Germans who don’t speak English.) so we can be able to use the app more efficiently without trying to guess what to do next. It’s a little different trying to do specific workouts if you don’t understand the language.
