Going places

I love getting gassed up with this app. If I didn’t have this app, I don’t even know what kind of gas I would be slurping down in my 1970 Datsun 240Z. Without this app, I’ll be going nowhere in life. But with this app I am going to places I never even imagined like Pittsburgh. I drove across the Roberto Clement Bridge. Caught a Steelers game and visited Point State Park. Thank you Gulf Pay.

I couldn’t even put my debit card information in, I’ve reached out to customer support multiple times and still no response DO NOT DOWNLOAD this app they don’t want you saving money! I was only able to use this app successfully one time & that’s when I first installed it! PURE SCAM they might even be stealing information or something. How does it work well one time when you first sign up but then all of a sudden stop working completely? Makes absolutely no sense!!! I wish i could give this app 0 zero stars & have it removed this app was clearly not ready for launch, shame on you guys seriously!!!! SHUT DOWN THIS APP UNTIL ITS FULLY OPERABLE WITH A RELIABLE CUSTOMER SUPPORT SERVICE YOU GUYS ARE STARTING OFF BAD ALREADY, SHAME!!!

Always a problem!

Whenever I’m at home or at pump there’s almost always a problem with this app. Either no connection to internet, or just plain doesn’t load. I usually go to nearest station to my home, and if there’s a problem, a majority of the time the help doesn’t either understand English, at times have no knowledge of this App even existing, or have no way of helping me. I’ve called headquarters in Massachusetts and they’ve been wonderful in helping me after the problem. But I shouldn’t have to do this! Gulf you’ve lost me as a customer at times, and that’s just poor planning on your part!! You need to improve your App like BP does!

Love you can set your card and pick what pump and start pumping no putting your card in no nothing before you even get out the car and love getting discounts. I wish it would do debit though so I could get the cash transaction price. Get for someone who has small children or animals.

This update makes the app faster and steadier, with a long list of small refinements to how you sign in, browse deals, and check your rewards. Everything just works a little better every time you stop by. Update now for the best version yet.
