The app looks better but I have several features such as my phone list not showing up at all. We tried to change our voicemail greeting from the app and kept getting errors. Please fix the app up.

Our company made the unfortunate decision to go from a reputable VOIP operator to this POS. Everything about this switch has been a downgrade - the phones they installed in the office are terrible - horrendous to use - terrible call quality - and lack basic usability features. Honestly feels like they got these phones off temu. There have been several times where I have smashed my phone because of basic lack of functionality. GoTo - our previous provider - is 1000x better. As for the app - it is horrible - hardly usable - makes me miss calls etc. wish we never made the switch to save however little the savings are but I dont make those decisions

We can no longer use the old app and this one is supposed to be an improvement, I don’t even get the call log on my cell phone anymore if I have my desk phone in DND. I used to be able to see every rejected and missed call in the old app even while my desk phone was in DND status. Please fix this. I’m only able to see call logs from days ago while I’m looking at my desk phone getting calls.

The app is stable, but if logged into the mobile app the mainline at the desk is logged off. This has happened with 100% of our users on site. Uninstalling until SpectrumVoip can prove that they’re doing better with the functionality between the two.
