New app update

I like the new interface for the app however! I can’t even use my diffuser because I can’t manually turn it on anymore and it won’t automatically turn on according to my schedule. I changed the schedule on my diffuser for the first time on this new update and even when I turn it on through the app it doesn’t work accordingly. Please fix this

At first I thought my app wasn’t working because it would load my diffuser (ambience) but not connect or be able to adjust the settings. However the solution is to use the official type C cord and box that comes with the diffuser. When I switched to a different cord the hardware worked but not the software. I don’t think this is a tech issue. The official type C & block must put out a certain electrical output to the machine to be able to talk to our phone correctly.

My account was disabled, it does not make any sense since now I can’t change the settings of my diffuser. Also, it tells me to contact support but does not provide a link to support.
