In Jan, I got Spren around the same time that I started intermittent fasting (I was trying a bunch of things). I did one scan, kinda forgot about it and carried on. Three months later, I’m super pleased with myself for losing weight, but noticed that I’m not as strong as I used to be. I downloaded Spren again and did another scan, and wow it looks like I lost a significant amount of muscle. When I tried it for the first time after getting the app, it got me a report in first try, so I thought this was going to be the magical, hassle-free tracking that I could use. Welp, the next time I tried it, I couldn’t get the app to accurately interpret the photos I took. I took it against the same background as first try, like 4 different backgrounds, tried moving all things out of the way to just have me in the photo… you name it I probably tried it. I gave up after trying like 10 times. I already have all my interior lights turned on with plenty of natural light coming in, and I took it against the cleanest wall that I could find in my room. If that’s not going to work, then what am I supposed to do?

I have had a DEXA scan within the past year and can say that this app is on point with the results from my DEXA scan! But, this app is so much more convenient and cost effective! No drive time to the office and waiting to get in plus time to get the test done. I can literally scan myself once a week to track my progress! Absolutely love it!!
