Assign multiple residents to Reception, Deliveries, or Security, and let visitor calls ring all assigned members at once. The first person to answer connects with the visitor, helping ensure important calls are never missed.

The latest version of the app, 1.15.3, is now available on iOS! This update brings several improvements to enhance your experience. We’ve added full keyboard navigation support and improved error reporting for Salto KS Remote Openings, making errors clearer and more informative. We also fixed a bug where panel properties were not being set correctly. Additionally, we improved the Intercom configuration table by resolving sorting issues related to ‘type’ and ‘geofencing’.

Two improvements in XS4 Com: per-entrance configuration and in-app service status.
· Configure each entrance individually instead of per site. In Intercom Config, choose an entrance and switch between Welcome Screen, Phonebook Display, and Call Properties. Key details, such as the entrance name and lock association, are now in the Entrance Settings tab.
· Service Status in the menu. A dedicated Service Status menu item shows a color-coded icon for current system state: red triangle (significant incident), orange circle (minor issues), green circle (fully operational).
These updates make configuration more precise and give you instant visibility into system health.

This update aligns the app with XS4 Com’s new subscription logic and improves how lock behavior is explained when OTP is enabled on KS locks.
Subscription Alignment: Only Subscribed Residents now count toward voucher limits (KS) and billing (Homelok), giving Site Admins clearer control. Logged In or Active statuses no longer apply to the subscription.
Improved OTP warnings for KS locks: When OTP is enabled on the parent IQ, the app now shows a clearer message explaining why remote opening won’t work, making it easier to communicate the situation to your installer.
